Mark took his family to Italy for a week in April, 2004.

Just a short note to tell you in particular just how pleased we were with the trip to Italy that you planned for us. From the flawless check in and flight by Air Italia with their splendid service, to the three hotels that you personally hand-picked for us were superb. I think the big benefit was taking your advice and hiring Luigi as our personal guide.

Together with his associates, Tommaso, who did a splendid Rome tour for us to Alberto, the art professor who gave us the most unbelievable tour of the Uffizi Gallery. Luigi himself brought us to places that we never dreamed that we would ever get to. It was truly the best trip that we have ever taken.
